You can get $40 no matter the condition of your LevelMatePRO or LevelMatePRO+. All you need to do is ship your device back to us.

Generally 4-6 weeks. Your trade-in device needs to be sent to us within 30 days of receiving your LevelMateMAX. The sooner we receive your LevelMatePRO or LevelMatePRO+, the sooner we can process your credit. It may take 10 business days for your credit to be processed.

Your trade-in is eligible for 30 days after you receive your LevelMateMAX.

Your LevelMatePRO or PRO+ needs to be returned within 30 days of receiving your LevelMateMAX.

We’ll include a shipping label in the LevelMateMAX box. Please use the box and label to return your trade-in device.

No! The shipping cost is on us. A return shipping label will come with your new MAX, and all you need to do is ship your LevelMatePRO or PRO+ back to us with the label.

Up to you! You can either hold on to it, or you can send it back in the LevelMateMAX box. We will recycle it for you.
